Booking and Payment Policy

All tour bookings require a 50% advance payment to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon arrival at the designated meeting point before the tour commences.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days before the tour date will receive a full refund minus processing charges. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to cancellation fees as per our policy.

Travel Requirements

All guests must carry valid identification documents. Foreign nationals require valid passports and appropriate visas. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure all travel documents are in order.

Safety and Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure guest safety, participation in wildlife tours involves inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk and must follow all safety guidelines provided by our guides.

Weather and Force Majeure

Tours may be modified or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made or full refunds provided.
